If you fancy something a little different, you can go for a mystery scoop. You can decide what category (Snack time, play time, bath time and walkies time) and how many capsules you want in bundles of 5s. We then do the scoop and you'll get a selection of items from that category without having to choose individually. We'll show the mystery scoop videos on our social media so you might just see your scoop being packed! (Please note: not all mystery scoop videos will be filmed but we'll do our best!)

We played about with the idea of doing mystery scoops with all our item ranges but there's a lot of things in the 'For Humans' section that are too personalised to make it work. We'll try to add a mystery scoop for all the other items soon though, so you'll still have plenty to choose from and then you can add any human items on to a mystery scoop order.

We try to pack all our mystery scoops on video so you can watch it on social media. If you've had a dispatch notification and you've ordered a mystery scoop, chances are your video will appear on social media soon, if it hasn't already. We can't guarantee we'll film every mystery scoop though, especially if we're really busy. If you are desperate to have it filmed, leave a note on your order and we'll see what we can do!

Let us know when you place your order! When you order a mystery scoop, you can add a note in with any allergies/preferences/sizes and if we get a capsule your dog can't have, we'll swap it out for something they can!
