We like to be transparent about what we do. We know that the high street is in decline and that small businesses are suffering because of this. We wanted to bring the traditional high street online so we have linked up with small businesses all across the UK to provide that unique one stop shop. Some of our products are from slightly larger UK businesses, such as Miro and Makauri but we have supported them since they truly were a small business and want to celebrate their growth with them.

Long story short, no. All but one (Whimzees) of the the companies we use are from the UK and the majority of them make their products in the UK but not all of them do. We would love to say that they're all UK made but for now, we want to be transparent with you and as we grow, we'll strive to aim for 100% UK made.

A very good question and one with an answer that might surprise you! We encourage you to go and look at our suppliers own retail spaces as well! Most of our suppliers have their own websites or are on Etsy and they do far more than just doggo stuff. For example, our amazing 'Auntie Paws' from Paws And More (https://www.pawsandmoreltd.co.uk/)has more than just dog stuff on her website, the fabulous AJ from Oona & Derrick (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61552354144113&locale=en_GB)pops up at markets across Cheshire and the wonderful Mutneys (https://www.mutneys.com/)team have a showroom in Market Drayton if you want to go browse their other grooming options. The reason we work with the suppliers we do is because we love them ourselves and wanted to share that love. The best thing with us though is no matter if you shop with us or with the company direct, it'll still be the same price but if you shop with us because you want more than just their stuff, you're only paying one lot of postage rather than going to all the different shops.

Look, we're not going to sit here and lie, not all of our products are as ego-friendly as they can possibly be but we try our very best to ensure that what we sell are as local, ethical and eco-friendly as we can possibly get them. For example, our packaging is eco-friendly, including our plant based, plastic free, biodegradable bags, the wood used in the wooden figures are responsibly and ethically sourced and a lot of our treats are plant based, reducing our carbon footprint. Are we perfect? No, of course we're not but we try our best and will continue to do so! Fun fact: as we are home-based working, our house is powered by solar and when we dispatch your parcels, we do so using our EV! (I promise we're not as boring as we sound!!)
